These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jl20 platform and all services provided through jl20.org. By registering an account or using any jl20 service, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
All jl20 accounts require the user to be at least 21 years of age, as mandated by applicable Philippine gaming regulations. KYC verification is mandatory for all accounts.
All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on jl20 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are supported. No conversion fees apply.

2.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or access method used to reach the jl20 platform. Access via mobile browser on Android or iOS, desktop browser, or any other method is equally subject to these Terms.
2.3 jl20 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their jl20 Account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail.
To be eligible to register and maintain a jl20 account, you must:
3.2.1 You may register only one (1) jl20 account per individual. Multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether identified through shared identity documents, payment methods, IP address, device fingerprinting, or any other means — constitute a violation of these Terms.
3.2.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, email address, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You undertake to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
3.2.3 Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration — including misrepresentation of age — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.3.1 jl20 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a valid government-issued Philippine photo identification document (accepted documents include Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, or UMID Card); (b) proof of current address (a recent utility bill, barangay clearance, or bank statement dated within the last three months); and (c) a selfie photograph matching the submitted identity document.
3.3.2 jl20 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time and to suspend or restrict withdrawal access pending completion of satisfactory verification.
3.3.3 All KYC documents are processed and retained in accordance with jl20's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl20 account credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jl20 will never ask for your password through any unsolicited communication channel.
4.2 Two-Factor Authentication. jl20 provides an optional two-factor authentication (2FA) feature. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to add an additional layer of security to their account. jl20 accepts no responsibility for unauthorized access resulting from a Player's failure to enable available security features.
4.3 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your jl20 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jl20 customer support immediately via live chat. jl20 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the affected account. jl20 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the Player failed to adequately protect their credentials.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your jl20 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following completion of any pending verification requirements. Accounts subject to open investigations may not be closed until such investigations are concluded.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jl20 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, which will be communicated to the registered email address before any fee is applied.
5.1 All deposits to your jl20 Wallet are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl20 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are displayed within the jl20 account deposit panel and are subject to change at jl20's discretion with reasonable notice.
5.3 GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the Player's jl20 Wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically credited within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of confirmed receipt.
5.4 You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
5.5 jl20 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party transaction fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player and determined by the relevant payment provider.
5.6 jl20 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, payment method inconsistency, or breach of these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawals from your jl20 Wallet are available to Players who have completed KYC verification in accordance with Section 3.3. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held pending completion of verification.
6.2 Withdrawals may be made to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank accounts registered in the same name as the verified jl20 account. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
6.3 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within an average of ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two (2) hours of approval during standard processing hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance.
6.4 Standard withdrawals do not incur a fee from jl20. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed within the withdrawal panel of the Player's account.
6.5 Withdrawals are subject to review for compliance with jl20's anti-money laundering obligations. jl20 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where such review determines it necessary.
6.6 Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the portion of a Player's balance constituting cleared, non-restricted funds may be withdrawn.
7.1 All game outcomes on jl20 are determined either by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer procedures conducted under studio conditions. jl20 does not manipulate outcomes in favor of or against individual players.
7.2 Each game offered on jl20 is subject to its own specific game rules, which are made available within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable game rules before placing wagers. The house edge and Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are derived from standard mathematical specifications for the respective game type and variant.
7.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error during an active game session, jl20 will apply the following procedure: (a) where the outcome was determined before the fault, the settled result stands; (b) where the outcome had not been determined at the point of fault, the wager will be returned to the Player's Wallet. jl20's decision on technical fault resolution is final, subject to the complaints procedure in Section 15.
7.4 Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jl20 games or the platform. Use of such tools constitutes a prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
7.5 Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jl20 reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time.
8.1 jl20 may offer promotional bonuses, free play credits, reload offers, and other incentive programs to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.
8.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jl20 promotional offers:
8.3 jl20 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bonus-related winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of promotion terms.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl20 platform. Breach of any prohibition in this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 Age Verification. jl20 is committed to preventing access to minors. The minimum age for all jl20 activities is 21 years, consistent with PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Age is declared during registration and confirmed through KYC document review. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and any associated balance will be forfeited.

11.1 All content on the jl20 platform — including but not limited to the jl20 brand name, logo, site design, game interfaces, text, graphics, user interface elements, and software — is the intellectual property of jl20 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 No part of the jl20 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of jl20.
11.3 Game titles and associated content available through the jl20 platform are the intellectual property of the respective game providers and are licensed to jl20 for display and gameplay purposes only.
12.1 The jl20 platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While jl20 takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous service availability, jl20 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl20's total liability to a Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount held in the Player's verified jl20 Wallet at the time the claim arises.
12.3 jl20 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses resulting from a Player's own failure to secure their account credentials; or (d) losses arising from circumstances beyond jl20's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jl20's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
13.1 jl20 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13.2 By registering a jl20 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of KYC verification, anti-money laundering compliance, account administration, and (where you have opted in) direct marketing communications.
13.3 jl20 applies technical and organizational security measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the personal data it holds, including SSL encryption of all data transmissions and restricted staff access to KYC documentation.
14.1 jl20 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Minor amendments — such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates to contact details — may be made without specific notification, provided the substantive obligations of Players are not materially altered.
14.2 Material amendments — including changes to eligibility requirements, payment processing terms, bonus conditions, or Player obligations — will be communicated to all registered Players via the email address associated with their jl20 Account at least fourteen (14) days before the amendment takes effect, except where an earlier effective date is required by regulatory direction.
14.3 The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available at jl20.org/terms-conditions. Players are responsible for reviewing the current Terms periodically.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding your jl20 account or the platform, you should contact jl20 customer support in the first instance via live chat, providing full details of the issue. jl20 will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within this period, jl20 will communicate its final position in writing.
15.3 Players who are not satisfied with jl20's final response to a complaint may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. jl20 respects the jurisdiction of PAGCOR and applicable Philippine regulatory bodies over complaints within their scope of authority.
